Detailed Job Description
- Interacting with commercial banking operate team and subject matter experts for writing technical requirements document.
- Analysis of production defects and preparing analysis/resolution documentation.
- Providing data model level details to the team as part of the requirement design or issue fix for ease of technical team understanding.
- Reviewing the test cases entry, assisting in SQL queries, test case execution, daily status call and creating/updating JIRA story/Eppic.
- Acting as a liaison between offshore team and LOB from analysis phase till sign-off.
